We highly recommend our deep clean for first-timers — an extensive sweep that tackles all those nooks and crannies missed in regular cleanings. After the deep clean delight, many customers opt for our standard Regular Clean to keep their spaces consistently buzzing with freshness. 

We pride ourselves on providing personalized and attentive service to each of our clients. Additionally, we offer eco-friendly cleaning products (upon request) to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our clients and their employees.

Absolutely! We're all about the hive harmony. Just keep in mind that our busy bees—aka, our awesome cleaners—have lives too. If they happen to catch a bug or need some time off, we might suggest rescheduling or sending another fabulous cleaner your way. It's the circle of hive life.

Do's 

• Kitchen (cleans sink out, countertops, wipe down of cabinet faces upper/lowers, stovetop)
• All exterior surfaces in all rooms
• Floors are mopped and vacuumed
• Bathroom (toilet, shower, cabinets, tub, mirrors)
• Bedroom shelving, nightstand bed frames, tidy up bed
• All window sills
• Kitchen window & main sliding doors included

Don'ts: 

• All Extras are not included (must be selected for an additional cost)
• The extra time included in deep cleans allows for more detailed work in the above-mentioned Do's.

Do's: 

• Everything included in a regular clean +
• Baseboards
• Light switches & Door handles
• Detailed Dusting
• Back Splashes and Faucet Fixtures are polished
• Light organization of all rooms

Don'ts: 

• All Extras are not included (must be selected for an additional cost)

When booking a Move Out or Move In clean, you can expect an all inclusive service. This is our most detailed package and includes extra services.

These extras include: Inside oven, inside fridge, inside cabinets, and inside all windows. This clean is intended to turn the home someone once lived in, into its original state and ready for new homeowners.

Nope, not mandatory! But if it's your first dance with Bee Clean Cleaning, a warm introduction is like the first sip of honey – it sweetens the connection with your home specialist! 

Indeed it is! However, there's no recommended percentage – just go with the flow and tip whatever feels right for you. Your Busy Bees Cleaner will appreciate any amount with a smile! 

While it's as rare as finding a four-leaf clover, accidents can still happen. If a precious item takes an unexpected journey, buzz our office right away! We'll work our hive magic with insurance to replace that special item.

If the buzz isn't just right, hive us a call pronto! We're all about making things bee-autiful. If you need a redo, let's get that rescheduled hive dance going within 2 business days of the original appointment. Your happiness is our honey!

Let's keep the hive vibes in sync! When you book online, choose the right cleanliness level for your hive haven. This ensures we allocate just the right amount of buzzworthy time for your cleaning.
